Body of Bliss: Ways into samādhi, 28 okt - 4 nov
Order Members and Mitras only
(Please note that Nagesvara is also leading the retreat "Safe and Sound" with Singhashri at Dharmagiri November 7-13 and that it's possible to take part in both retreats and stay at the retreat centre in between the two retreats.)
The Buddha exhorted his followers to cultivate deeper states of unification -’samādhi’. In particular he gave detailed descriptions of a subset of samādhi states called the dhyanas: absorption in wellbeing, joy, bliss, peace and profound stillness. This retreat offers a range of ways into samādhi with an emphasis on enjoyment and openness of being. Especially if you think dhyana is out of your reach, please think again and join us on this intensive meditation retreat.
The retreat draws on material from Rob Burbea.
On booking you’ll receive guidance on how to prepare for the retreat. We recommend booking early so you can receive this in plenty of time.
Led by Nagesvara and Dayajoti.
The cost includes a booking fee of 500 SEK, see terms for registration.
Enter the price you'll be paying below. The reduced price is primarily for students, unemployed, retirees and others with low income. If the reduced price is too high for you, or you would need to pay by instalments, contact the centre and we will find a solution. It is important for us that those who want to participate can do so, regardless of their financial situation. If possible, please consider giving a donation (dana) when booking, which allows us to cover both our costs and to give lower prices to those who need.
